THE TEAM
Our Head Coach and Directors
Meet our coaching leadership team. They are supported by a large group of fine young coaches, as well as seasoned veteran coaches, supervisors and of course the volunteer coaches in training.
Tanya McMahon
Head Coach
Artistic Program Director

When Tanya is not at her full time job as an Intensive French teacher at Northrop Frye School she is usually at the gym. As both the Head Coach and the Director of the Artistic Women's program, Tanya oversees Beauséjour as a whole including sitting on the volunteer Board of Directors.

Gymnastics is her passion. She has instilled a love of this sport in not only her own daughter Lilly who is in the competitive program but in hundreds of young athletes who have gone on to compete and medal at some of the highest levels in Canada and around the world.
Tanya grew up at Beauséjour and for her it is and always has been a family affair. With her dad Sterling coaching for the last few decades as well, there are 3 generations of history in the gym!
Administrative Staff
Meet the folks behind the scenes who answer the phone calls and emails and make sure that the gym runs smoothly.
Kim Wilson
Office/Gym Manager

Kim has been with Beausejour for over 20 years and has worn many hats in that time. As a parent, she watched and encouraged her own two children Charles and Chelsea who both excelled as national level athletes. She also worked evenings and weekends as a part time coach for many years. And sat as a volunteer on the Executive Board holding many positions over the years including that of President.
Now "retired" from her full time position at Irving, Kim keeps Beauséjour running smoothly as the Office/Gym Manager. Besides gymnastics and her family, her passions include golfing wherever and whenever she and her husband can as well as spending time at their cottage.
Rachelle Perry
Recreational Program Director
Trampoline Program Director
Rachelle has been coaching gymnastics since the 1980's! She has her Level 3 Technical in Women’s gymnastics and is certified Level 3 in Trampoline. She can be credited with bringing the competitive trampoline and tumbling program to not only Beauséjour but to the province of New Brunswick after she returned from a stint coaching in British Columbia in the 1990's.
Rachelle is Director of both the Recreational Program and the Trampoline and Tumbling Program. On the recreational side, she loves to get right in there with the little ones and share her love of this foundational sport. With T&T she works with competitive athletes who, with her help have shown great progress and strength both provincially and within the Maritimes. Some have even gone on to Canada Winter Games and Elite Canada to win medals.

And of course, she is mom to Miles and Monica who we thank for sharing their mom with us everyday!
