RECREATIONAL PROGRAM POLICIES
Anniversary Fee:
All students will be charged a mandatory anniversary or annual fee of $45. This insurance and registration fee covers the period of September 1st to August 31st inclusive. This fee may change as necessary, for example; as the NBGA (NB Gymnastics Association) makes changes to insurances rates
Registration Policy:
For your convenience, class availability as well as registration can be viewed and completed online through our website. Current members (members of sessions 1 and 2) always have a scheduled pre-registration period prior to Open Registration for new members. A member is guaranteed a spot in the same class for the next session (applying to sessions 2 and 3), only until during this specific time frame. If you choose not to register in your class and wait for another time or day, there are no guarantees on getting your desired class. Anyone registering for a class before OPEN registration, that they have not been invited to register for will be removed from the class and a $10 admin fee will be taken before the refund is processed. NO place will be held without registration and payment. Registration must be completed online – NO phone registrations are accepted.

There is a minimum of 3 participants required for the club to run a class. If after registration we do not have enough participants, those in the affected class will be offered to move to another day or time or a full refund will be provided.
Refund Policy:
- A refund request must be submitted within 1 week of the start of a session via email at office@beausejourgymnos.com or by written notice submitted to the office at 70 Limerick Street. If it is received prior to the start of the 2nd class, a refund will be processed in the amount of the registration fee minus a $10 Administration Fee. Any refund requests submitted after the start of the 2nd class will not be considered and a refund will not be issued.
- There is an administrative charge of $10 for any changes requiring a refund or price adjustment.
- Please note that the anniversary (annual fee), is non-refundable.
- Due to our refund policy as stated above, anyone registering after the 1st class will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling Classes:
Each session is 12 classes, however some sessions run longer than 12 weeks to account for holidays and club events. Classes missed due to scheduled holidays or club events are held during our administration break which occurs after each session. Reminder notices of upcoming holidays and re-scheduled classes will be sent out as the dates draw near and will be posted on our website and social media pages. Your 12 class dates are also listed on your invoice.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of extreme weather conditions or power outages, Beauséjour will announce cancellations on our voice mail, on social media, and on our website (www.beausejourgymnos.com).
